Below we outline the Assets Recovery Services where our Clients DO NOT make any payments until they receive the Compensation for the recovery of the assets as ordered by the Turkish Courts at the end of the legal proceedings.
We take full financial risk by paying for all the upfront costs, charges, expenses and fees such as, Turkish Court Fees, Turkish Attorney fees, professional fees including expert fees, Down-Payments for the filing of lawsuits in the Republic of Turkey, as well pay the Inheritance Tax and VAT for and on behalf of our Client.
We receive our fee at the end of the legal proceedings when our Clients receive in full the Compensation ordered by the Turkish Courts.
We offer hands-on, fully transparent service to our Clients during all the stages of the Recovery Process.
We provide the below Services:
Making thorough research and identify Clients’ Assets,
Retrieving all the Title Deeds together with all the necessary legal documents from various Turkish institutions, including details of bank accounts if any,
Establishing by whom the Assets have been assumed in order to ascertain to whom the lawsuit will be filed against,
Locating the assets, and establishing the correlation and the link to the corresponding current, valid addresses,
Filing, following-up and finalizing the relevant law-suits for the recovery of the Assets initially to determine the heirship status of our Clients,
Claiming and Attaining the best possible Compensation for the Client,
Arranging the payment of all the costs, charges, expenses and fees such as, Turkish Court Fees, Turkish Attorney fees, professional fees including expert fees, down-payments for the filing of lawsuits in the Republic of Turkey on behalf of the Client at NO COST to CLIENT,
Arranging the payment of the Inheritance Tax and VAT for and on behalf of the Client, at NO COST to CLIENT,
Arranging the opening of a bank account in the name of the Client in the Republic of Turkey for the direct transfer of the Compensation in Cash ordered by the Turkish Courts, (Turkish Courts only make payments to local bank accounts in the Territory),
The Compensation:
Compensation means; the fully recovered compensation ordered and paid by the Turkish Courts, either, in Cash (“Compensation in Cash”) by way of a bank transfer to the Client’s Bank Account in Turkey in accordance with the Turkish Court Order, and/or, in Kind (Compensation in Kind) by way of registering any rights and shares in the Title Deeds of the Identified Assets in the Turkey which the Client is entitled to as ordered by the Turkish Courts.
The Fee:
We as Hera Assets Limited charge a 50% fee of the Compensation ordered by the Turkish Courts.
We receive our Fee at the end of the legal proceedings when our Clients receive in full the Compensation ordered by the Turkish Courts.
We are also offering commission to the individuals who make Client introductions that result in signing an Agreement with Hera Assets Limited for our Services. Please contact us for more information.
